Lafab Solutions, a leader in Workforce Outsourcing, Human Resource Management, and Recruitment Services, is pleased to announce that we are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for the position of Sales & Marketing Representatives.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
• To sell company’s health plan to hospitals, individuals, groups, clubs, and corporate bodies.
• Identify target customers and promote company’s products throughout the country, especially in the Ashanti region.
• To build long term and nationwide business relationship with the customers (stakeholders)
• Finding and establish business relationships with credit worth largescale distributors throughout Ghana.
• Tracks company’s sales data, plans meetings, prepares report and maintains databases.
• prepares marketing and advertising strategies and plans for achieving it.
• planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars for the products.
• Conduct market research and identify consumer trends in the market.
• Answers questions from clients about our products and service benefits
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Manages relationships with external vendors and customers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
• Perform any related job that may be assigned from time to time by superiors.

Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree /Diploma in marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline
• A minimum of 1 year working experience in Sales and Marketing in the health sector, insurance, or related product.

Competencies
• Ability to educate and persuade customers to buy the company’s products.
• Possess good communication skills and be able to speak English and Twi fluently.
• Be assertive person.
• Knowledge in relevant IT application
• High integrity and good ethical standards.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
