Reporting to: Unit Manager | Business Development

Are you someone with great interpersonal skills, either a professional or a fresh graduate? Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (Kampala, Uganda) is seeking experienced Sales Representatives who are highly motivated, possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, to join our successful sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Sell company insurance products and services.
• Address clients' insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports to management.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure satisfaction for clients and the company.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sales and driven to achieve results.
• Possess a diploma/degree in any field of study.
• Reside in Kampala or nearby areas.
