BID RE-ANNOUNCEMENT
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has allocated funds towards the implementation of the Project for Establishment of Sustainable Model Villages in Uganda (ESMV II Project).
KOICA now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent bidders for the supply of maize milling machinery and materials.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding Method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (As amended) and KOICA Procurement guidelines which are open to all bidders.
Interested bidders should download the Bid Application form from the KOICA Uganda Office Website (http://www.koica.go.kr/sites/uga_en/index.do) which they will fill and attach these additional documents (Registration certificate and power of attorney), then submit them via email to koicauganda@gmail.com. Other details are on the KOICA Uganda Office Website.

(b) Application for bidding 5-14 September
(c) Pre-bid meeting 15th September, 08:30 am (Attendance not mandatory)

(f)Bid Submission Deadline/ Bid Opening 18th September 2023, 09:00 am (Attendance not mandatory)
