True North Consult Ltd is a leading Human Resources Consultancy Firm in Uganda. Our Client, FAWEU, is a Non-Governmental Organization established in 1997 to address gender disparities in Education. FAWE Uganda has secured funding from the MasterCard Foundation to implement the Higher Education Access Programme and therefore seeks to hire competent, dynamic and experienced professionals to till the following positions;

Title: Programme Officer
Duty station: Kampala, Head Office
Report to: Programme Coordinator

Job Summary: The Programme Officer snail support the Programme Coordinator in planning, budgeting and implementation of the MasterCard Foundation Higher Education Access Programme activities in all regions of operation. The job holder shall have supervisory responsibility to ensure that high quality work is done in the delivery of services towards achieving the objectives of the Programme.

Qualification & Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Social Work & Administration, Development Studies, Adult 81 Community Education or a related field with at least 3 years‘ experience in a similar position; Post Graduate Training in Project Planning & Management is essential, Must be Proilclcnt In Computer Skills such Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. For further detail visit our website www.truenorthafrica.com
