lntraHealth International ( www.intrhealth.org ) is currently seeking candidates for a new USAID Activity. USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Sen/ices in Eastern Uganda (RHITES-E) will support the Government of Uganda (GoU) and key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high quality health services in 21 districts in Eastern Uganda and 2 in Karamoja. This will be done by strengthening health systems and improving the quality of, access to, and demand for health services with attention to equity and underserved populations. All positions are located in areas therein indicated.

Compliance Officers (2 vacancies, Mbale)
Reporting to the Compliance Manager the Compliance Officer will be primarily responsible for ensuring compliance to donor rules and regulations both in program operations as well as finance operations. ln addition, s/he will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is not defrauded in any way by having resources effectively and efficiently used for only the planned activities.

Requirements: Degree in Business administration, management or related field, 3 years relevant experience in similar position or audit experience will be an added advantage, Strong administrative, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of donor regulations preferred.
