About us
lnterAid Uganda Limited (IAU) is a non-governmental humanitarian national organization established in 1988, duty registered with the NGO Board and NGO Forum. IAU is involved in programs geared towards the protection and improvement of lives of disadvantaged people living in urban and rural areas in Uganda. lnterAid Uganda is focused on its thematic areas of; Human Rights Protection, Education, Livelihood & Food Security, Health (HlV&A|DS; Malaria; Maternal and Reproductive Health), Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Environment and Disaster Management. In partnership with UNHCR the UN Refugee agency, lnterAid Uganda seeks to recruit suitable and qualified persons to fill the following positions based at the Head office and Kiryandongo Refugee Settlement on temporary basis.

Job Title: 8 Volunteers
Field/Area: Health, Community Services and Legal
Duty Station: Kampala, Head Office, Kiryandongo Refugee Settlement Field Ofiice

Role Summary
To provide support to the organization in implementation of the community based protection activities at community level.

Person Specification
The applicants should be fresh with the following qualifications from a recognized institution;

• Health — Diploma/Certificate in Nursing and Midwifery Council
•  Community Services
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Law, Human Rights, Social Work and Social Administration, Psychology, Community Psychology, or any equivalent.
• Legal — Bachelors of Laws Personal Competencies: professional knowledge & skills, quality orientation, managing work (including time), learning, innovation and continuous improvement.
