Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of systems, policies and procedures for aligning the Administration function to the directorate mission and monitor Baylor Uganda’s mission.
Overall responsibilities: The Administration manager Initiates, develops and monitors the implementation of policies and standard operating guidelines for general administration, fleet, stock & Asset management, stores management and procurement. The manager will monitor the compliance of the Administration teams in all regions to HR systems and policies, Periodically carry out Fleet management auditing to review the reliability and integrity of the availed information, develop service contracts/agreements for outsourced services and regularly monitor the performance of service providers, develop and monitor the implementation of the departmental work plans & budget, Periodically carry out Stores and assets auditing.
