Job Title: Area Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Program Coordinator

Job summary:
The Area Coordinator will be responsible for the overall implementation of ARC programs in Bidi Bidi Refugee settlement. He/she will overall provide leadership and management support to program teams to allow for efficient program implementation and budget management. He/she, as Head of Office, will also provide leadership and management support to operations (Finance, Logistics and as well as Administration) in order to ensure adequate, effective and on-time support to program implementation.

Person Specifications:

• A Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, and Public Health or in any related field.
• A minimum of 5 years program management experience with similar Protection / GBV programs sewing refugees, internally displaced populations, or other conflict and post-conflict populations.
• Demonstrated management skills and ability to work independently.
• Practical knowledge of financial management tools and processes.
•  Excellent computer, writing and communication skills, including proven report writing skills.
