The Cooper Motor Corporation Uganda Limited (CMC) is a Multi-Franchise Motor Operator dealing in sales and after sales services of transportation vehicles including Ford Ranger, Suzuki, Mazda. Eicher. MAN and agricultural equipment including the New Holland. The Company wishes to invite applications for the following positions:

Position: BRAND MANAGER – FORD
Duty Station Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Country Manager

Job Purpose

• To formulate and execute Marketing Policy and, generally be responsible for the commercialisation process of the Brand including positioning, packaging, pricing, and presentation/selling to customers.

Key Result Areas:

• Develop & execute a marketing plan for the Ford Brand that maximizes sales and productivity through satisfaction and retention of customers.
  
• Forecast volumes, get budget approved and proactively identity & recommend business building initiatives that lead to the success of the Ford Brandi
  
• Ensure the day-today management of the brand and monitoring all contracts and leads for maximum sales.
  
• Ensure optimum stock of Ford vehicles on premises of an order
  
• Develop a sales plan, initiate and conduct launches and promotions to create awareness & promote sales of the Brand.
  
• Formulate & monitor sales targets for the Brand sales team & ensure they get the relevant training to maximize sales of the brand,
  
• Manage & track marketing budgets for the Brand
  
• Maintain direct liaison with manufacturers representatives & all other relevant contacts. Experience. qualifications and training required
  
• Sales management & marketing skills
  
• knowledge and experience in the Motor Industry
  
• Ability to manage and administer a Brand to provide organization. systems and leadership.
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and of trade practices. .
  
• Able to motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.
  
• A business-related degree from a recognized university/ Institution. '
  
• Technical qualifications will be an added advantage.
