Job Description

  • To identify and grow a network of potential agent partners in line with the Betin Agent model.
  • To convince potential, fit and proper Agents to invest in the Betin Agent model.
  • To deliver the agreed targets of the recruited Betin Agents.
  • Develop Agents’ business sales estimates and their strategies to support the overall commercial team in achieving their objectives.
  • To carry out due diligence on potential partners through a defined process with the objective of ensuring that they are fit and proper.
  • Escalate any issues to the Head of Commercial and agree actions required.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree from an accredied university.
  • Previous experience of recruiting business or specifically agent partners (those used to working within a sales process, tracking and analyzing opportunities through to an operational set up).
  • Experience of developing sales performance with business partners or agents.

  • Have Understanding how a commercial Agent business model works.
  • Have the ability to work with limited information and quickly develop an understanding of the client’s requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
