Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will identify and correct errors in the personal data of clients of the Bank.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify the errors in the clients’ records.
• Make repeat calls to existing customers to clarify their information in the system.
• The jobholder will also correct the errors in clients’ details in the system using source documents.
• Prepare and maintain a register on the clients contacted and their feedback
• Forward all new documentation received from clients to the Banking Officer in charge of Customer Care.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicants for the Data Clerk jobs should at lead hold an Advanced level qualification. A diploma will be an added advantage.
• Work experience of data entry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen on detail and accuracy.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Computer skills and having basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good customer service.
• Good time management practice.
• Good spelling and punctuation skills are necessary.
• High degree of confidentiality.
