Eskom Uganda Limited is a subsidiary company of Eskom Enterprises based in South Africa. Our business is operating and maintaining Nalubaale and Kiira hydroelectric Power Stations. Their mission is to be the “Centre of Excellence in Power Concession Management.”

Job Summary: The ICT Officer will provide IT systems/ network administration, Systems security, maintenance and user support to EUL Staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tasked with network administration
• Provide user support
•  Tasked with systems maintenance
• Responsible for systems security
• Provide timely administrative support

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant for the Eskom ICT Officer job placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, and computer science
• Professional certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), is an added advantage
• A minimum of three years’ experience
• Skilled in managing Work (includes Time Management)
• Contributing to Team Success

• Excellent communication skills
•  High degree of tenacity
• Building Trust
•  Initiating Action
•  Decision making
