Mildmay Uganda is a Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services. Midmay Uganda is also an accredited Institution of Higher Learning offering academic and short courses in health care. Uganda is running projects within central Uganda through which it is implementing evidence based health systems strengthening interventions aimed at accelerating HIV epidemic control. Mildmay Uganda is therefore looking for competent, innovate, and highly motivated individuals to join our team for the following position:

Job Title: Tutor School of Clinical Officers
Report: to: Principal Tutor School of Clinical Officers

Job Summary: The lob holder will work as part of the team to ensure that the curriculum, as set by the Ministry of Education and Sports, is delivered at the set standard and that examination are conducted in line with the Uganda. Allied Health Professionals Examinations body guidelines and procedures.

Job Requirements: A Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community health with Bachelor's Degree in Medical Education. S/he must have a valid registration and annual practicing license by the Allied health professional body/council. The successful candidate should have at least 1 years’ experience as a Tutor in a school of clinical officers Or 3 years’ experience in a busy Clinical setting and have experience working within MOH/MOES guidelines and policies. Experience in managing an academic programme is an added advantage
