Applications are invited from qualified Ugandan citizens to fill in the following positions.

6. SUPERVISORS - 10 POSITIONS
Role Responsibility:

• Supervise guards on duty on a 24-hour basis Ensure staffing, schuduling and on—site - training of guards
  
• Ensure that training and scrcvnmg elements for guards have been met
  
• Ensure quality of service through regularly inspecting and auditing each facility assigned to his / her area.
  
• Participate in selection and placement of guards to sites in his / her area.
  
• Must ensure force discipline
  
• Conduct and / or oversee all training for guards reporting
  
• Determine and prepare appropriate training programs specific to local customer needs.

Qualification:

• At least a Diploma in any field from a reputable University/ College.
  
• The Ideal Candidate should have;
  
• Law enforcement experience of 5years
  
• Service in either military or police forces
  
• Private Security company
  
• Proof of service is required. .

Skills required:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
  
• Active listening skills
  
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  
• Be able to operate radio equipment.
