Job details:
A prominent food distribution company based in Kampala is currently hiring a Field Sales Representative to reinforce its sales force.

Under the supervision of the Directors, his/her main responsibilities will be to:

•  Identify new customers within the retail and the hotel & restaurant segments to help drive growth
• Service their customer base (order-taking, ensuring orders are delivered and provide after sales service)
• Follow-up & collect customer payments
• Achieve sales target
• Maintain weekly sales activity reporting

• 3 to 4 years of related sales experience in FMCG with a good understanding of the trade in Kampala and its outskirts

• Ability to work outside the office most of the time
• Desire to succeed and must have a passion for sales and should be persistent & self-motivated.
