Applications MUST be filled in triplicate of the PSC Form N0.3 Revised (2008) and submitted to; The Secretary Nwoya District Service Commission, P.O. Box 1033, Gulu, Not Later than four weeks from the date of this Advertisement.

The PSC forms can be obtained from any District Service Commissions offices Country Wide, Public Service Commission Offices 2nd Floor Farmers-House Kampala. The Application should bear the title of the post as well as the reference number specified under the vacancy Applicants should attached three (3) recent passport size photographs, Certified copies of all the Academic documents.
