Job details:

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience working in East Africa.
  
• Minimum HR degree qualification or industrial psychology in a related field.
  
• Relevant experience in grievance and disciplinary handling
  
• Ability to understand labor laws
  
• Competent in current HR practices and policies
  
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to build senior relationships.
  
• Experience of MS word, internet and email.
  
• Be able to work against tight work schedule
