lntraHealth International ( www.intrhealth.org ) is currently seeking candidates for a new USAID Activity. USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Sen/ices in Eastern Uganda (RHITES-E) will support the Government of Uganda (GoU) and key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high quality health services in 21 districts in Eastern Uganda and 2 in Karamoja. This will be done by strengthening health systems and improving the quality of, access to, and demand for health services with attention to equity and underserved populations. All positions are located in areas therein indicated.

Infrastructure Manager (Mbale)
In liaison with the Contracts and Grants Manager and Director Health System Strengthening, the Infrastructure Manager is responsible for coordinating all works and activities pertaining to infrastructure assessment, provision of administrative support for the bid solicitation process. for contracts, including coordination with facilities, district engineers, MOH, engineering consultants, and RHITES-E program team to develop bills of quantity/design schemes and document the solicitation and competitive bidding process.

Requirements: Bachelor‘s Degree in civil engineering, Construction project management or a related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in administering document processing for a large construction contracts, Advance knowledge of all Microsoft suits including word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
