Background
Médecins Sans Frontiéres Switzerland (MSF-CH) is a neutral and independent international humanitarian organization which assists victims of war, displaced and disable people in situation of armed conflicts. MSFC-CH is looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position below for its SUKA office based in Kampala — Uganda.

Job: Technique & Logistics Base
Duty Station: Kampala
Remuneration: According to

Main Tasks include, but not limited to:

• Ensure a correct implementation of MSF CH standards (policies, procedures and tools)
  
• Support the line manager in the assigned tasks.
  
• Monitor the service/ unit under his/her responsibility, manages and follows up his/her team.
• Ensure responsibility for all logistics activities on Suka Office and other facilities.
• Ensure the necessary logistical supply on the all the facilities.
  
• Manage and logistically monitor the material resources of the mission (Marmotta), under the supervision of the hierarchical and technical referents.
  
• Provide support activities (communication and transportation).
  
• Ensure the other necessary logistical activities (maintenance and rehabilitation necessary) for the improvement of living conditions on the facilities.
  
• Directly manages the team under his / her responsibility.
  
• Strengthen the capacity of each member of the team under his / her responsibility.

Experiences, Skills and Competencies Required:
Education : Secondary Education and Basic Training in a technical field.
Language : English + National language (Luganda, etc...)
Experience : 1 year's experience in logistics department.

Personal Qualities: Ability to learn quickly and to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment, good communication skills, initiative, good physical condition, smart appearance,
