JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
As the Senior Associate Litigation, you will work closely with the Litigation Manager to support the efficient functioning of the litigation team. Your role will involve handling specific aspects of cases, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and court directions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the preparation of legal pleadings, documents, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Communicate with clients and update them on case developments.
• Collaborate with banks to gather necessary information and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings while ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Document interactions and gather relevant information for cases.
• Support the Manager in preparing legal opinions and filing necessary documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all filings.
• Collaborate with team members to share information, updates, and best practices.
• Support the Manager in fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Support the debt recovery process.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• A post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice;
• Should be enrolled advocate of the High Court with a valid practising certificate for at least 5 years
• Previous experience in litigation and debt recovery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Computer literate.
