Post: Customer Service Officer
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Department: Business Development
Purpose To respond to a vanety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or in person overthe counter, these include enquines about banking products and services such as loans, savings money transter and insurance

CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances transaction details, statements and fees and charges
  • Receive and respond to clients and guest enquiries professionally and ensure they receive the necessary assistance when they visit the reception
  • Open new accounts/Closing accounts
  • Alterations to existing savings accounts and handling cash transactions and cash balancing
  • Promote bank products services and Identity customer needs
  • Refer customers to appropriate banking services and representative
  • Any other duty that may assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma in Business related field
  • At least 01-02 years’ experience preferably in or Banking
