Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• The IT Assistant will act as first level support for stations
• Carry out network Administration tasks like configuration of site routers, troubleshooting issues with ISP, monitoring up/down time of sites
• Support Database & System Administrator in their absence
• Perform any other task as assigned by the IT Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a computing related field
• Professional IT certifications i.e. CCNA or CCNP
• A minimum of three years of related experience in supporting computer networks
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer networking skills
•  Good documentation skills
