Concern Worldwide Uganda is in the process of updating its preferred service provider list and would like to invite interested, qualified, registered and reputable service providers to submit their proposals and register on the database to be considered for the Motor vehicle service, repairs and maintenance to the organization for a period of one year in Moroto and Mbale

Service provider pre-qualification forms can be collected from our Office at the below address and from Moroto Office during working hours Monday to Friday. The same can be downloaded from our website i.e http;//www.concern.net/about/supplies.

Job application procedure
Completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender name and reference number, and deposited in the tender boxes either at Moroto office reception on or before 2:00pm on 14th February 2017 or in Kampala office reception on or by 12 noon on 17th February 2017. The pre-qualification tender will be opened from Concern Worldwide Head Office at 2:00pm on 17th February 2017 in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend. Any tender document received after the deadline will be disqualified.

Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/ proposal prior to the award of contract and to null the bidding process and reject all offers at any time
