JOB DETAILS:
Mengo Hospital is a Church of Uganda Missionary founded Hospital and Private Not-For Profit (PNFP), It is categorized as a General Hospital, but operationally a Referral Hospital. The Missionary Hospital developed into the present-day 300-bed hospital, spread over 22 acres of land at Namirembe Hill in Kampala. Mengo Hospital seeks to recruit qualified person to fill the following vacant position.

Job Title: Laboratory Technicians (18)
Reports to: Laboratory Manager
Location: Kampala

Purpose of the job:
To generate laboratory based accurate and dependable data necessary tor effective management of patients, disease surveillance and research.

Qualifications and Experience:

•  The applicants should hold a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques from a recognized institution.
  
•  He fshe must be fully registered with the Uganda Allied Health Professionals Council.
  
•  A work experience of 2-3 years at the same level.
  
•  A training in Laboratory Quality Management System and Biosafety will be an added advantage.
