Total E&P Uganda is leading the development activities towards oil production in the Tilenga project area within the Albertine Region and now seeks to fill the following positions;
INTEGRATED PROJECT
Site Representative Land Acquisition Supervisor (1 Position for upstream and 1 Position for Midstream) Req: 15707BR
The positions are based on site [rotational basis]
Main Responsibilities
The job holder is in charge of monitoring the contractor during land acquisition activities, reviewing and authorizing all risk assessments, method statements, and emergency interventions on the site operations. Following up contractors technical execution during operations as per contract requirements to ensure safe and efficient delivery of the operations. Handling of all the risk management in the area of operation, ensuring efficient management of operations and preparedness for and management of emergency situations. Providing logistics support to the operations and providing site leadership as the contract company representative on site.
Qualifications and experience
• A bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized institution or equivalent in any of the following fields: Engineering Surveying, Project Management, Business Administration, Environment, Social, or Health and Safety DR a diploma in any ofthe above fields with 20 years’ experience in management/trainingwith at least 7 to 10 years in RSES/ ETLCI
• Minimum 1U-15years experience in survey operations supervision and project management in the oil and gas sector with at least P to 1D years as an RSESI CTLU
• Proven experience in management of either onshore or offshore site operations. International Certificate in Occupational Health 8 Safety
• Professional membership with internationally recognized professional bodies in the areas of Duality Health Safety Social Security 8t Environment [OSSSE] is an added advantage
• Good knowledge ofthe international policies, laws, regulations and guidelines regardingthe oil and gas sector.
• Excellent administrative and contract management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
