Job Title: 4 Senior School Support Officers
Reporting to: Head of school Network
Location: Regional cluster - Fort Portal, Mayuge, Kumi, and Amuria .

Job Summary: As a Senior School Support officer-(SSSO), you will play a pivotal role in the success of our schools; delivering direct support and being accountable for improving their performance by working alongside our fantastic school staff. We’re looking for someone who has a clear vision on what the key ingredients are to be a great school and be committed to deliver that for every PEAS student. We want a credible educator whose opinion is valued by our school staff and communities, someone who relishes the opportunity to build relationships with and mentor others. As a key player in driving school performance. you should not be afraid to take dilficult decisions to ensure that the PEAS mission and approach is achieved in every school and classroom. This is not an office-based role so to be successful as a Senior School Support Officer, you should be passionate about being in the field, and doing hands on support to schools.
