Academic Staff
3 Lecturers – Brick/Block/Stone Laying and Concrete Practice, Scale U4
Duties
• Plan, prepare and conduct lectures and practical lessons for students
• Conduct continuous assessment and evaluation during the training
• Guide and counsel the Trainees/Students and subordinates
• Initiate collaborations between Trainees and the relevant industry
• Actively participate in co-curricular activities and link the community with the College
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authority
Personal Specification
• Honours Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Building Engineering with at least 2 years relevant ndustrial experience Brick/ Block/Stone Laying
OR
Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years relevant industrial experience Brick/ Block/ Stone Laying
• Technical Instruction qualification is of added advantage
• Craft Certificate in Brick/ Block/ Stone Laying and/ or Diploma in Civil Engineering is of added advantage
• Postgraduate qualification in any of the above fields is of added advantage.
