INVITATION TO BID UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
Procurement Reference number: UECCCC/EASP/FC/2023-2024/00001
The Government of Uganda (GoU) has received funding from the World Bank for the implementation of the Electricity Access Scale-up Project (EASP) to be implemented by Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development (MEMD) and Uganda Energy Credit Capitalisation Company (UECCC) over a period of four (4) years. UECCC intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost of services and supplies to be procured under Framework Contracts for the financial years 2023/2024, 2024/2025./2025/2026 and 2026/2027.
The UECCC invites eligible qualified bidders to submit sealed bid/proposals under respective categories listed below: Description / areas covered

Hotel Services (Kampala Capital City, Regional Cities (Kabale, Mbarara, Masaka, Fort Portal, Hoima, Jinja, Mbale, Soroti, Lira, Gulu, Arua) Islands and Karamoja)
Motor Vehicles Hire Services
Bidders will be evaluated on the criteria stated in respective bid documents.
Submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (as amended) of the Government of Uganda. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from address below and at pdu@ueccc.or.ug and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The Bidding documents in English language may be obtained online by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below.
Bid submissions must be delivered to the address below on or before 31 May 2024, at 11am. Late submissions shall be rejected.
