JOB DETAILS:
The Jubilee Insurance Company of Uganda Limited seeks to recruit an Agency Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Retail to be based at our country retail offices in Kampala .

The core function of this role will be to:
• Recruit, develop and manage sales teams as guided by the Head of Retail.
• Drive the sales team to ensure set sales targets are achieved.
• Undertake any other responsibilities as may be guided from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• The preferred candidate should be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in any field or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales or sales related environment.
• Held a managerial/ leadership role of a sales force.
• Experience in general insurance sales and knowledge on underwriting will be of an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and business relationship. skills.
• Strong analytical and management skills is key
