JOB DETAILS:
SHELADIA Associates is a multi-disciplinary international professional consulting firm with demonstrated experience in the successful management and implementation of development projects throughout the world. SHELADIA believes that practicality and sustainability in development projects require flexible resource management, active participation of all stakeholders, and a shared goal of strengthening institutions and operational systems, to optimize the use of available resources.
SHELADIA is seeking a Claims/Contracts Specialist with the below experience in Uganda;

Education and professional qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction management.
• Qualified and competent chartered or registered professional a must.

Experience:
10 years’ experience in assessment and analysis for Claims underworks contracts and dispute resolution/advisory to clients, Engineers, and Contractors under Civil Works contracts employing FIDIC conditions of contract.

Other requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, and the ability to communicate ideas freely and efficiently is essential.

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
