Bayport Financial Services Uganda Ltd is part of the Bayport Group (BML) headquartered in Mauritius and working out of Johannesburg, South Africa with Financial Services Operations in over 9 Countries in Africa and South America. In line with our Corporate Objective of continuous improvement and achieving efficiencies in our Country Operations, we invite applications from suitably qualified, professional and experienced candidates for the following openings within our Uganda Operation. .

Role Summary:
• The incumbent Manager will oversee Sales and Credit activities, planning, direction and management of the Bayport Sales Divisions.
• Successful candidates will be responsible for formulation and implementation of strategies to meet the performance goals in areas of sales growth,
• Credit Coding and collection, Customer service and people management in regions and branches under direct control and management, with 80% of deliverable in sales and book growth.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• The ideal candidate should be a mature flexible and hardworking resource able to work in hard to reach areas in the upcountry parts of Uganda, managing over 15 Branches while working extremely professionally with Government teams in votes across the Division.
• The candidate should have worked for at least 6 years in a regulated financial sector, an FMCG or telecommunication sectors while managing a team of not less than 10 Sales Managers or independent supervisors. He or she should possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
