Job-Title: Finance and Administration Director
Department: Administration and Operations
Location: National Support Office, Kampala
Reports To: Country Director
Contract Length: Open
Start Date: immediately

Key Result #1 — Coordination and organizational operations enhancement
Key Result #2 - Oversight and general management of administrative units
Key Result #3 - Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Policies and Procedures
Key Result #4 - Grant Management
Key Result #5 - Audit and compliance

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in Business Administration (Preferably in Finance)
• Ten years of experience out of which tour years should been a managerial position preferably in NGO or INGO setting
• Experience in dealing with institutional donors, like USAID, DFID, UN, etc
• Highly developed leadership, influencing and communication skills, internal marketing and demonstrable capability in relationship building at all levels.
• Experience in performing audits and reviewing controls and systems
• Vibrant personal relationship with Christ
• Sun systems, MS-word and MS-excel knowledge
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
