First Insurance Company Limited is seeking to recruit qualified individuals for the following position:

Position: Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services and liaising with media organizations and various stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field.

Experience Length: 5 to 10 years of professional work experience in a similar role preferably within the insurance, or hospitality/customer service sectors.
