  War Child Holland (WCH) is an international NGO investing in a peaceful future for children and youth affected by armed conflict.
WCH Uganda is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic consultant for the assignment: Mental Health & Psychosocial Support Helpline (home-based) -Consultant Start Date: As soon as possible Fee: Please purpose your fee inclusive of taxes for each day of work while submitting application Reports to: Program Manager Contract Duration: 2 Month (maximum 20 days of work) The consultant will support WCH's Uganda Office in formalizing the policies and procedures for an emergency community MHPSS Helpline primarily targeted towards refugee communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Uganda. The Helpline, initiated rapidly to provide a timely emergency response, has existing procedures which now require elaboration and documentation. The consultant will be required to support formalization and strengthening of clinical and management processes within the Helpline, as well as document the steps taken such that the process can be replicated in other contexts if needed.”.
