MER Coordinator - ELMA Project: Yumbe (1 Position), Fixed Contract
Reporting to the Project Coordinator as a line manager and the MER Manager as a functional manager, the position holder will be responsible for leading the research, monitoring, evaluation, documentation and learning components of the project. He/she will build capacity of Plan international and partner staff in documenting replicable models that enhance learning
