  Job Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Team Leader – Centre of Excellence in Refugee Programming, the position holder will advance Plan International’s regional programming with and for adolescent girls in crisis with an initial focus on refugee settings. The technical advisor will be part of the CoE in Refugee Programming, and work across the sectors of child protection, gender based violence, education, youth economic empowerment and adolescent sexual and reproductive health rights in emergencies.
