JOB DETAILS:
Being part of Public Sector Strenthening (PSS) channel at Marie Stopes Uganda (MSU), working closely with Ditrict management team andTrainers, the Regional training officer’s (RTO) main role is to facilitate strengthening of existing government health systems and support deliverly of comprehensive family planning services through on job mentorship of selected Public Health Workers (PHWs’), especially in provision of long acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) methods and Adolscent health services , Data quality and Supply chain (stock) management across all the selected and supported public health facilities (PHFs) while ensuring that activities relating to this channel are well managed in accordance with the MSI standard operating procedures, donor compliance regulations, timelines, project contractual targets and government standards. The key deliverable will be to ensure that all PSS providers and sites are fully functional through conducting facilitative support supervision, montorship, clinical governance, data quality managemenet, supply chain management, follow up and ensure that timely reporting of all project indicators is adhered to.
