Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a 5 star Hotel/ Restaurant and should be able to work in Entebbe.
• Should be able to head operations For 4 kitchens and handle shifts during the absence the head chef.
•  Must have a strong background in continental cuisines and experience as saucier is a plus.
