Tele-Mentoring Coordinator
Overview
The HW21 Tele-mentoring Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational coordination for this tele-mentoring initiative in Uganda. S/he will be expected to use information technology platforms to support learning and performance of health workers, expanding the reach of training, continuous education, and performance support activities ultimately decreasing the need for classroom-based courses. The Coordinator will serve as the point of contact for the hub team and facility spoke attendees to start up and support ongoing operations of this initiative. .

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Information Technology or related field
• At least 3 years' experience implementing donor-funded projects
• Familiarity with virtual communication platforms and IT
• Demonstrated understanding of Uganda's healthcare system, experience living and working in Uganda preferred
• Familiarity with USG administrative, management and reporting procedures and systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with geographically dispersed groups
• Excellent written, presentation, communication and organizational skills in English
• Ability to make upcountry travels up to 30% of the time
