We are currently looking for two Consultancy firms to work closely with the youth and Vocational Training Institutes in the identified locations.
Job Purpose:
The business coaching for the youth will be a close interaction between the coach and youth to work on the business agenda within a specific enterprisel; value chain. This will help youth unlock potential to develop and grow their businesses. Besides the low income generated, youth businesses are still small and inevitably face many challenges from start-up to growth. Undoubtedly, new businesses need support and their success rate is not only dependent on the market forces and youth entrepreneurial abilities, but also being able to access the right support and technical know-how at the right time..

Requirements:
• Registered business entity (Community Based Organizations (CBO), Cooperatives, local NGO, company) with capacity to undertake; business trainings, business coaching, design training methodologies related to business coaching and youth mentorship.
• Previous demonstrated experience of conducting related assignments in Northern Uganda and Karamoja regions will have an added advantage.
• International Labor Organizations (ILO) business coaching models highly preferred.
