Government of Uganda through Ministry of Water and Environment, Water and Sanitation Development Facility- North has received funds from the Germany Government through KFW to be used for the acquisition of Construction of Lamwo Town Council Piped Water Supply System and Sanitation Facilities in Lamwo District.

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm during official working hours. 
The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) The method of payment will be Direct Debit to URA Accounts.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10:00am on 20th July 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX: 50,000,000= (Uganda Shillings Fifty Million) Bid securities must be valid until 20 February, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 10:30am on 20th July, 2023.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit (Site Visit is Mandatory) at 11:00am on 28th June 2023 at Lamwo Town Council Offices.
