PRE-QUALIFICATION BID NOTICE
Ref No: IMBU/PQD/2024-2026
I&M Bank (Uganda) Limited cordially invites applications from duly registered, qualified, and licensed suppliers and service providers for pre-qualification of supplying goods, services, consultancy and undertaking works for the period 2024-2026.
Interested companies aspiring to be consid- ered for pre-qualification of goods, services, consultancy, and works are required to visit the Bank website at www.imbankgroup.com/ug for further information and to download the bidding documents.
Procurement activities will adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Bank's Procurement Policy guidelines.
Bidders must clearly mark their submissions as "Pre-qualification Bid Documents for the Provision of Supplies, Services, Consultancy or Works for the Financial Year 2024-2026" and deliver them to the location provided in No. 6 by 12th October 2023 5:00 PM on
Entities holding valid contracts with I&M Bank (Uganda) Limited and those successfully onboarded during the 2020-2023 pre-qualifi - cation exercise are required to respond to this notice and resubmit full documentation as outlined above.
Prequalification documents must be acquired and submitted to:
Secretary, Tender Committee I&M Bank (Uganda) Limited Plot 6/6A Kampala Road
P.O. Box 3072, Kampala, Uganda
