JOB DETAILS:
A reputable Insurance company in Uganda is seeking to recruit a new team of Insurance Agents. The new team is intended to increase the sales of the team, have a good work ethic and be motivated to work towards and increment in the sales of the general team.

MUST HAVES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
  
• Minimum of three years of sales and marketing experience in busy setting
  
• Candidate should be situated in Kampala and its suburbs.
  
• Ability to be proactive.
  
• Exhibit excellent communication, mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  
• Must be self-motivated and self-driven
  
• Must be resilient with solid work ethics.
  
• Have the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
