JOB DETAILS:
McDermott, a premier, fully-integrated provider of technology, engineering and construction solutions to the energy industry is looking for Construction and Project support personnel. Successful candidates must have relevant experience and recognized expertise in large international onshore/offshore oil and gas projects. The working environment is multicultural and demands considerable experience in the project process working with
International Clients and Contractors. Strong communication skills, fluent spoken and written English.

Job title: Preservation & Maintenance Lead
Overview
• Responsible to plan, develop, coordinate and maintain preservation & maintenance requirements in line with McDermott procedures and ensure and that all jobs are carried out as per the Company's operating standards.
• Responsible for plant preservation and maintenance activities, record keeping, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively within the Project team and with Client to maintain positive relationships.
• Successful candidates must have at least 3 years' experience within an organisation (contractor or owner) as a preservation coordinator on major EPC projects in the refinery, oil and gas industry.
• Required degree and qualifications:
• Preferably possess a diploma in mechanical engineering or similar
• Knowledge of Systems Completion Database is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills - MS Office Suite.
