JOB DETAILS:
Madhvani Group, a leading, international, professionally managed industrial / service group in East Africa, with diverged operations seeks to urgently recruit the following senior position for their Group Company M/s industrial Security Services Limited. The company Head Quarter is located at Jinja and having clients across the country with 1600 guard force with Kennel and CID Sections

Training Officer
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for recruitment of guards, developing training syllabus, materials and training the newly selected security guards, assessing their learning and passing out, assessing the training needs of the existing operational staff, retraining the existing guards, getting regular feedback from the supervisors / clients regarding the guard performance to improve the training, preparation of MIS reports etc. The incumbent should be a graduate, 5 year with relevant experience in private security training.
