How the Genius Hub Works
The Genius Hub
The Genius Hub is the ‘master controller’ that takes and remembers the requirements for heating, then wirelessly relays that to the rooms you wish to heat.

Genius Hub helps you reduce your property’s energy consumption by only heating the parts of the building that are being used. By controlling the heating in each individual room and learning the best schedule automatically, it helps you to save money and energy while keeping your family warm and yourself peace of mind. Set the system to automatic mode and let it figure out the best heating schedule, and control based on when rooms are actually used.

The vast majority of customers install the systems on their own. As the systems communicates wirelessly, there is little wiring involved for most systems and as a retrofit solution, no work is required to make the building suitable.

Should you want to use a tradesman, we supply an installation manual and wiring diagrams that any competent plumber or electrician can use to install the system for you.

WHAT IS EXPECTED
Most systems take approximately 3 hours to install, with large properties taking up to a day
The installation of the Genius Hub components onto a working and comaptible heating system does onto require any plumbing work
The majority of devices are battery-powered, so they are easy for anyone to install
The Single Channel Receiver, Dual Channel Receiver and Electric Switches require 230v wiring. You may want to use a tradesman for this part of the installation

There is a working internet connection with a spare Ethernet Port on your router/network switch
Working heating system (boiler runs, it is filled with water, has fuel available and is commissioned)

Alternatively, we also offer Genius Hub Email Assistance, to customers who want more help than can be found online. Which includes the Forum, Knowledge Base and Manuals, along with the Doctor in the app. This allows you to get in touch with the Technical Team to help diagnose a problem you may be having, so they can send through the instructions for you to fix it with the minimum of fuss.
