WHO WE ARE

The Manager Resource Centre (TMRC), is a registered Limited Liability company incorporated in the Republic of Uganda.

Society desires Managers or Leaders that are “people-centred” to maximally gain from the other assets of production, yet they are in short supply. Many people desire to be good Managers or Leaders though there seem to be very few good Managers or Leaders to turn to. This leaves the majority of people without good models in their midst to build, coach and mentor them into good management and leadership.

Companies, Organisations, Institutions, Businesses and individuals are grappling with the dilemma of management. They would like to maximise returns from their resources and assets by having the right Managers to drive the desired change. That is what TMRC offers you.

TMRC is your “One Stop Centre” of management solutions to challenges or problems of our time. This is in line with our slogan “Management with Distinction all the Way”.

The Manager Resource Centre Ltd.’s mission is to provide simple, real-life and timely management solutions through using consultancy and publication mechanisms in inculcating distinctive management in everyone.
