Purpose of the Role:

To drive growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain domestic and international customers. The Manager, Customer Acquisition will lead engagements that drive long-term growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategy for transport, storage and freight
  • Lead revenue growth initiatives aligned with budget and strategic business targets
  • Manage key accounts and partnerships
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team
  • Analyze market trends and intelligence to inform acquisition and rentention strategy
  • Report on sales performance and return on investment

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • At least 8 years of experience with 5 years in supply chain or logistics sales
  • Proven track record in B2B customer acquisition and key account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
