Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reporting to: People & Culture Manager
Location: Kampala .
Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the ﬁrst point of contact for all external stakeholder enquiries whether face to face, post, phone or e-mail. You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that their enquiries are dealt professionally and effectively. This is an important role. providing both SLtppOl’t to others and ensuring the smooth running of the Uganda oﬁice. You will be managing the reception. ofﬁce maintenance and providing administrative assistance to CST so to be successful in this role, you must be organised, adaptable and have a desire to learn. This would be a great opportunity for an energetic individual looking to develop their professional skills whilst working in a fast-paced INGO.
