In order to serve our customers better with a wider range of services and products, Board and Management have future plans of transforming the entity into a regulated financial Institution in Uganda — Tier 2, and thus the need to fill the following position to meet the needs of the transforming entity
Job Title: BRANCH MANAGERS
Reports to: Divisional Manager
Purpose: To ensure the smooth running of the branch, guides and plays a major role in coordinating with other Departments at the fieldlevel and support units at Head Office. Branch Manager primarily focuses on business growth,problem solving, management, organization development and other operational issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MID SKILLS
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills coupled with analytical and soft skills and should able to handle field operations and business planning.
• At least 5 years‘ experience in Banking and Credit preferably in a Microfinance environment
